The CEE conference for people in Leadership Roles
- Elects: OCPs/ EBs/ Team Leaders - Wannabes: people planning to be in a LR in their LCs in the next 1- 2 months: the potential LC leaders, especially the OCP wannabes - OCPs/ EBs/ Team Leaders - Current LC leaders: OCPs/ EBs/ Team Leaders- Get them ready to be successful in their roles as LC leaders: ready to perform and ready to lead their teams (ensure that they get the transition basics at a guaranteed high quality)
- They challenge their understanding of current AIESEC global reality and understand the role they play in the global network
- Get your OCPs ready to kick off spring projects & updated about EnterCEE round 2
- They connect to CEE GN, understand our programs and initiatives, the role we play in the globalnetwork; they get excited about being a CEE member
- They become aware of the trends in the CEE external environment – and know how to use them to boost their LC results and also to build LC to LC cooperations
- They discover what it means to lead a team
- They reassess their strengths and goals for the LR stage, have a action plan and tools to reach them
- They aware of what they need to know in order to be successful (functional skills; management skills)

- They gain a different perspective of AIESEC
- They connect to a global network

CEE LDS is like an XPRO but for EBs/ OCPs/Team Leaders
- They analyse their LC and the role they play in the LC from a global and GN perspective
- They are aware of what they need to know as LC leaders about the AIESEC subsystems and about managing a team
- They discover CEE programs, our contribution to AIESEC impact and know the role they need to play in CEE
- They connect to people in similar positions at LC level ( like LCPs do in EuroCo and MCPs do in IPM)
- Parallel tracks for OCPs – like the EnterCEE conference – spring edition
- They connect to the external environment at regional level
- They are ready to lead their areas: know what they need to do and how to do it
- They explore their leadership potential in a global learning environment
They will be approved within max 5 days from their application Conference Fee: € 180 + damage fee Number of delegates: approx. 150
