AVAILABLE AWARDS!!!

Dear members of AIESEC Macedonia,
Seven months have passed from the beginning of this term, and a lot of results were achieved. We have managed to get a total of 104 members in AIESEC Macedonia, more than 20 exchanges and 3 operating PBoXes.

Willing to recognize and even more support the members and LCs who have unselfishly contributed to the growth of AIESEC Macedonia, we proudly announce the beginning of National Reward and Recognition initiative.

In the following document, you will find the expected criteria and explanation of the selection process for each award. LC VP TMs will be responsible for the implementation of this initiative on Local Level, the LC winners will be announced monthly, and they will all qualify for the National Awards. All nominations will be announced monthly in the MC newsletter. The National Rewards and Recognition will be given on MILDS.

As you may know, MILDS is almost here. There is no time to waste! So, start working even harder than before, start making the impact you want to make…

Best Local Committee Award
The winner of the reward for Best Local Committee 2007/08 will be chosen according to the following
Criteria:
  • Contribution to National Focus Areas
  • Achievement of Local Focus Areas
  • Number of realized TNs
  • Number of realized SNs
  • Retention rate of members
  • Number of co operations (partners, supporters)
This award will be given only on MILDS. The winner will be chosen by the Member Committee, according to the results the LC has shown throughout the whole year.

You still have 3 more months to give your best and win this award! Get busy!

Proactivity Award
This award will be given to one new member who has shown the biggest progress and success in his/her AIESEC work so far. There will be monthly recognition in all 3 LCs and the winners from those competitions will be selected for the final which will happen on MILDS. Here are the Criteria for selection:
  • attendance on LC meetings
  • competencies development
  • involvement in LC activities (outside the project/PBoX he/she is working in)
  • results in team (project/ PBoX he/she is working in)
  • proactivity
The new members adequate for this award will be selected according to questionnaires which will be completed by their Project Managers and LC EBs.

Leadership Award
With this award, we are recognizing an experienced member (more than 7 months in AIESEC) that has shown the biggest progress in the current term. Even though the main criteria are the same as the new members, they will be evaluated on a higher level, and their participation in the learning of others will take a big part in the decision making process. There will be monthly recognition for the best Experienced Member, and the winners will be selected for the final awards. Once again, here are the Criteria:
  • Attendance on LC meetings
  • Competencies development
  • Involvement in LC activities (outside the project/PBoX he/she is working in)
  • Results in team (project/ PBoX he/she is working in)
  • Participation in learning of others
  • Proactivity
The candidates will be selected according to recommendation from LC EBs and Project Managers. All evaluations will be done according to the AIESEC Global Competency Model.
