Basically, his work is focused on developing leaders with a positive and optimistic attitude. His work is based on
strength based leadership development or something like "you need to focus on your strengths to grow". He is one of the Alumni in Alumni Hall of Fame and has given sessions on all biggest AIESEC conferences in the whole AIESEC world such as IC and IPM.

Well, I have a loooot more to say about David Pollay, but if you want to get more info, you can contact me and I'll be glad to share it with you:)

So, the main reason why I'm writing to all of you is because you need to confirm your participation on this session! The session is going to happen in hotel Metropol in Ohrid at 10:30 to 12:30 a.m. on the weekend of the 22nd- 23rd Feb.
